What happens when headcount changes?
The plan re-rates on the first of the month from your synced headcount. Leavers stop being billed the day they're removed.
Do we pay for people who decline a cake?
No. Anyone can opt out in their profile, and opted-out people are excluded from the monthly count.
Which cities can you deliver to?
Anywhere we have a partner bakery within 25 km of your office. Send us your sites and we'll confirm coverage before you sign.
Is there a contract?
Monthly plans are cancellable any month. Yearly plans are one term, billed up front, and can be paused for up to 60 days.
